Terms and Conditions



Anik Laser Designs tries really hard to fulfil all orders as soon as possible, but since we are a small growing business we sometimes receive multiple orders from our beloved customers.

Please allow 4-5 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. We also do a daily post office drop off.

Please note we try our best to reply to all inquires on weekends as well BUT like most businesses we do not process orders during weekends and public holidays 


Anik Laser Designs’ artwork remains the property of Anik Laser Designs and cannot be reproduced in any form, including the production of molds. You cannot use Anik Laser Designs’ products to make or cast molds with the intention of producing copies for resale.

If your order is suspected/proven to be used for mold production, your order will be cancelled and refunded without any prior notice.


Upon agreement from both parties (Customer and Anik Laser Designs) to go ahead with the custom design, we'll send you an invoice for our ONCE ONLY $15 set up fee.
Once the payment for the set up fee has been cleared the custom design will remain property of our customer and Anik Laser Designs will not be able to reproduce and sell any copies on any of the company's website and third party app unless agreed with the owner of the designs.
We at Anik Laser Designs are constantly updating/upgrading our designs and adding new ones to the website and social media so if for example we decide to add some new designs we will try to make it as different as possible from our customer's custom designs BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that the designs of most items can't be changed dramatically and will always resemble a little bit of the original/basic shape.

Anik Laser Designs reserves the right to amend, price update, change or remove any part of this website or any of the provided services and designs at any time without prior notice.


We go the extra mile making sure that all our packages are well padded for transport so that they arrive in pristine conditions but sometimes mistakes can happen.
Since we cut all our designs upon request, please make sure you choose your items carefully as all sales and custom sales are final UNLESS you receive a damaged product.
After an evaluation of the damaged item we offer a swap/replacement or a refund of a damaged product as soon as possible.
We do not offer any refunds or replacements for lost/delivered but no show orders/parcels. Once we ship them with Australia Post they are out of our reach and unfortunately have no control over them.
If you would like a greater peace of mind we offer shipping with signature required upon delivery.
